1. Policy Statement
Clast Fit LTD is committed to delivering high-quality retail and office fit-out services that consistently meet or exceed client expectations, comply with all applicable requirements, and support continual improvement. This Quality Management Policy provides a framework for maintaining an effective Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
2. Quality Objectives
To achieve our quality goals, Clast Fit LTD is committed to the following measurable objectives:
Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the agreed quality standards.
Maintain a client satisfaction rating of 90% or higher.
Reduce defects and rework on site by 10% year-on-year.
Ensure 100% of employees receive annual quality training.
Continuously improve internal processes through feedback, audits, and reviews.
3. Scope of the Quality Management System
The QMS applies to all operations and functions related to the design, procurement, management, and delivery of retail and office fit-out services. It covers all permanent and temporary staff, subcontractors, materials, and project sites under Clast Fit LTD’s control.
4. Leadership and Commitment
Senior management demonstrates leadership by:
Aligning the QMS with the company’s strategic direction.
Ensuring adequate resources are available for quality objectives.
Promoting a culture of quality and customer focus.
Reviewing the QMS during management reviews to ensure its ongoing suitability.
5. Customer Focus
We strive to understand client needs fully and ensure those needs are met through:
Effective communication before, during, and after project delivery.
Customising fit-out solutions that reflect client expectations and brand values.
Monitoring satisfaction and acting on feedback and complaints.
6. Risk-Based Thinking and Continual Improvement
Clast Fit LTD applies risk-based thinking to proactively identify issues and opportunities for improvement. We use:
Nonconformance reporting and root cause analysis.
Corrective/preventive actions to improve efficiency.
Internal audits and performance data to inform change.
7. Competence and Awareness
All personnel will be trained to understand their role in the QMS and how they contribute to quality outcomes. A training matrix is maintained to track qualifications and competencies.
8. Compliance
We are committed to complying with all relevant statutory, regulatory, and contractual obligations related to quality and construction industry standards.
9. Document Control and Communication
This policy is documented, implemented, maintained, and communicated to all employees and stakeholders. It is reviewed annually during the management review process and revised where necessary.
